About the Role

TalentBridge is hiring a Workday Extend Certified Developer . This is a long-term remote opportunity for an experienced Workday professional who specializes in developing custom applications using Workday Extend . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday Extend, Workday Studio, integrations, and enterprise application development while working closely with global stakeholders during UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend .
  • Build scalable and secure solutions leveraging the Workday platform.
  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio , EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
  • Customize Workday business processes, reports, and security configurations as required.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for Workday applications and integrations.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Workday development standards, security, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work effectively with global teams while supporting UK business hours.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Workday technical development experience.
  • Active Workday Extend Certification (Mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience developing applications using Workday Extend .
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio , EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday integrations.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Services.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, and calculated fields.
  • Experience working on Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, or other Workday modules.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment supporting the UK shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Prism Analytics or Workday Reporting.
  • Exposure to Workday Orchestrate.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus.
