Role Overview

The selected candidate will support the configuration and maintenance of software systems and related technology components for Wipro clients. The role involves assisting with system configuration, issue resolution, reporting, and backend support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring applications according to client requirements.
  • Collect configuration requirements from business units and coordinate approvals with stakeholders.
  • Plan and complete assigned configuration tasks within defined timelines.
  • Provide support for changing business needs and system configuration updates.
  • Support system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
