As a Site Moderator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, tackling everything from scam detection to content approval. It’s a busy role, but you’ll be part of a fun, energetic team known for their excellent service and collaborative spirit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate and take action on suspicious adverts to protect our users.
  • Provide expert advice on scam detection to other departments and directly to our customers.
  • Follow processes to prevent fraudulent activity and enhance site security.
  • Keep accurate records and analyse data to support future investigations.
  • Ensure all advert content, including photos and videos, complies with our website’s terms and conditions.
  • Communicate directly with site users via email and phone to resolve enquiries and concerns.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with a strong customer focus who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in online platforms, particularly with a focus on fraud detection or risk management, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a knack for resolving complaints calmly and empathetically.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential - you’ll need to spot the smallest red flags!
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and maintain a calm demeanour in challenging situations.
