WE ARE HIRING – FIT-OUT PROJECT ENGINEER | QATAR

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 5–8 years of experience, with strong hands-on experience in Interior Fit-Out projects in Qatar.
  • Proven experience in Retail, F&B, Restaurants, Cafés and Commercial Fit-Out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, joinery and MEP coordination.
  • Ability to manage projects from mobilization through execution, snagging and final handover.
  • Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, BOQ and project specifications.
  • Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Able to manage site manpower, subcontractors, quality and project progress.
  • Familiar with Qatar authority requirements, QCDD, Kahramaa and Mall Fit-Out procedures/approvals.
  • Able to prepare and follow up RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, Method Statements and project documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; MS Project is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is highly preferred.
  • Must be currently available in Qatar.
  • Transferable QID / NOC preferred.
  • Immediate or short-notice joiners will be given priority.
