Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Team Lead / Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, returns, warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations with high accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Manage complete warehouse operations for ecommerce orders. - Supervise inbound and outbound inventory processes. - Ensure timely picking, packing, QC, dispatch, and delivery coordination. - Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts. - Handle returns (RTO), exchanges, damaged products, and reverse logistics. - Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance. - Coordinate with courier partners and logistics vendors. - Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory variance, and productivity. - Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and process compliance. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Procurement, and Ecommerce teams for smooth operations. - Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of ecommerce warehouse operations. - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (Unicommerce) - Inventory management and stock reconciliation. - Team leadership and manpower management. - Dispatch and logistics coordination. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or any relevant field. - Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics is an added advantage. Experience - 3 - 5 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations. - At least 2 years of experience managing a warehouse team.
