Pilot work teams are responsible for keeping the operation flowing, for meeting performance goals and for maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. The candidates selected for these positions will be the on-shift logistics resource responsible for efficiently managing the inbound and outbound truck check-in processes, while also overseeing the smooth flow of materials throughout the facility.
