You will work on Non-IT requirements for Direct Clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities Source Non-IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. Build and maintain candidate pipelines. Update candidate information in the ATS. Work with Account Managers to fulfill client requirements. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely, quality submissions. Requirements B.Tech background is mandatory.
