  • Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Center Manager and other frontline operational roles.
  • Handle bulk/volume hiring while ensuring quality and timely closures.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, walk-ins, local hiring drives, and field sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Drive offer rollouts, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets of 16–20 closures while maintaining recruitment quality.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and ATS data with high accuracy.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA-HR preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Volume Hiring, or Frontline Hiring.
  • Experience in hiring field sales, retail, operations, or frontline roles will be an added advantage.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and MS Excel.
