1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

  • Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • Expertise in Organizational Management, Position Management, and Employee Data Management
  • Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF Objects
  • Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Experience in Data Migration and Data Quality Management
  • Knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes (Hire, Transfer, Termination)
  • Experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects


2. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning Consultant

  • Strong experience in Compensation Planning and Variable Pay
  • Expertise in Compensation Worksheets and Compensation Cycles
  • Experience with Budget Planning and Compensation Guidelines
  • Hands-on experience in People Analytics and Advanced Reporting
