Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech, BCA or related IT graduates

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to global customers

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues

Manage incidents through ticketing systems

Deliver timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
