Open Positions & Packages:

  • Team Leader (TL): up to 5.4 LPA
  • Trainer: up to 7 LPA
  • Quality Analyst (QA): up to 5.4 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities (Highlights):
  • Team Leader: Lead telesales representatives, coach, monitor performance, and achieve sales targets. Mandatory: Shrinkage, Attrition, and SLA management.
  • Trainer: Must be a BPO Sales Trainer with strong exposure to TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and TNI (Training Needs Identification). Design and deliver training programs, conduct inductions, refreshers, and targeted sessions.
  • Quality Analyst (QA): Audit daily calls, conduct calibrations, implement quality processes, and prepare dashboards. Must be wellversed with QC tools, BQ agent handling, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

Eligibility:
  • Relevant experience in telesales/insurance operations as per role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent English communication is mandatory.
  • Location: Gurgaon (walkin only; no virtual mode).
  • Interview Timings: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM 1:00 PM.

Additional SeniorLevel Openings (Noida/Gurgaon):
  • Assistant Branch Manager (ABM): up to 12 LPA
  • Criteria: 810 years in telesales/insurance operations, with at least 3–4 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong leadership, attrition control, compliance adherence, and reporting skills.
  • Branch Manager (BM): up to 13 LPA
  • Criteria: Prior experience managing large telesales teams (100+ staff), proven ability to set and achieve sales targets, recruit/train teams, handle escalations, and manage compliance and operations.
