Job Summary - We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Process Executives with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS. The ideal candidate should have experience handling travel-related queries, reservations, ticketing, and customer support through voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with travel itineraries and fare-related information.
  • Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high levels of service quality.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and customer details.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Required Skills -
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Process.
  • Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of flight booking, ticketing, fare rules, and itinerary management.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Experience in an international/domestic travel voice process preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
