Job Description: Talent Acquisition Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for both technical and non-technical roles. You will leverage platforms like Naukri and

LinkedIn to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn

Recruiter and Naukri to identify and attract top-tier talent. Manage job postings, search databases, and leverage professional networks to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from requirement gathering with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Technical Screening: Perform preliminary technical screening for IT roles,

including an understanding of :

Web/Mobile Technologies (Java, Node.js, .Net, Android, iOS).

Database & Cloud (SQL, AWS).

IT Infrastructure & Testing (QA/QC, Network Security).

Non-Technical Screening: Conduct effective screening for non-technical roles,

including business development, Product, Marketing, and Analytics positions.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephonic,

virtual, and face-to-face) between candidates and stakeholders. Ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the process.

Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers across departments (e.g., Technology, Product, Marketing, Business Development)

to understand specific role requirements and align on hiring priorities.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and databases.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as interview counts,

offers made, and joiners.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 13 years of proven experience in recruitment, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.

Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency in using Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing and candidate engagement.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and effectively negotiate offers.

Analytical Skills: Ability to gather requirements, document them, and track candidate progress through the recruitment funnel.

Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel for reporting) and familiarity with

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Education: Bachelors degree in a related field; an MBA in HR is a plus.

Personal Competencies:

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a high-paced environment.

Strong team player with the ability to handle stress and meet tight deadlines.
