Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs ,retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.
  • To be a one point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships.

Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High-Net-Worth customer programs

Ensure all components of the branch sales model function as per design

Review Branch Operations reports

Managing teller operations and vault

Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level

Review vault register and Key Registers

Review Suspense & Dummy accounts

Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures

Periodic review of progress vs. Objectives Ensure clarity of Business objectives among staff

Adherence of sales process & Operational Checklist.

  • Manage lobby operations and branch administration
  • Authorize key transactions and oversee non-cash operations (DD/MC, fund transfers. etc.)

  • Drive penetration of savings account and monitor dummy/suspense accounts
  • Ensure regulatory and audit compliance across branch operations
Preferred candidate profile:
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, processes and compliance
  • Sales oversight and productivity management experience
  • Certifications like AMFI, IRDA, NCFM or CAIIB are a plus
