Job title: Acquisition Manager - Business Loans Grade Band: Contractual with IndusInd Bank Location: Delhi NCR BU/Function: Consumer Banking Reports to: Sales Manager - Business Loans Role Details: Responsible for achieving targets by sourcing eligible business loans customers for the Bank and managing operations/ service-related matters pertaining to Business Loans customers from Bank branches/ internal customers Overall : - Source and login business loan cases and meet productivity norms - Provide operational support to accurately enter loan application data into the system. - Manage and maintain physical and electronic files related to loan applications and monitor and track loan applications through various stages. - Customer service: - Respond to customer inquiries, keep customers informed about the status of their loan application - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and qualified manner - Risk management and compliance: Perform Know your customer (KYC) and Anti-money laundering (AML) checks on loan applications - Retrieve and review credit reports for loan applicants and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Education and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATION Essential requirement: Graduation Preferred: WORK EXPERIENCE Essential requirement: not mandatory Preferred: 1 or 2 years in Housing or Mortgage loans Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits - Candidate who is currently managing consumer banking Sales for Assets or earlier work experience in Personal Loans - Candidate with direct sales team experience - Past experience of Coordination with customers and credit team for ensuring good TAT and customer service - Good communication and networking skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize conflicting and changing priorities - Ability to liaise and follow-up with internal stakeholders and vendors
