Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled VisionPLUS Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in the Cards & Payments domain to support development, enhancement, and maintenance of VisionPLUS-based systems. The candidate will contribute to delivery across product enhancements, upgrades, and production support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform development, enhancement, and maintenance activities in VisionPLUS applications
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to technical design and solution implementation
• Develop, modify, and test COBOL programs, JCLs, and related components
• Support impact analysis for new requirements, fixes, and enhancements
• Handle batch processing, online transaction processing, and job monitoring
• Support production issues, batch failures, and defect resolution
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes for recurring issues
• Assist in system integration, data migration, and upgrade activities
• Participate in requirement discussions and solution walkthroughs with internal teams
• Collaborate with SME, QA teams for smooth delivery
• Prepare unit test cases and support SIT/UAT testing cycles
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and documentation practices

Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience in:
o VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, Rewards, Disputes, etc.)
o Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS)
• Experience in:
o Batch processing and online transaction processing
o Enhancements and maintenance projects
o Production support and defect resolution

• Good understanding of Cards & Payments domain (Credit/Debit/Prepaid)
• Knowledge of card lifecycle processes:
Authorization, billing, settlement, payments
• Basic understanding of scheme processing (Visa/MasterCard/Rupay)
