About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit professionally filmed educational videos for Schoolola's learning management system (LMS).
2. Transform raw video footage into engaging, polished lessons using graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, and animations.
3. Work closely with Schoolola's content associates and project leads, who will provide scripts, creative direction, and editing guidance.
4. Ensure all videos align with Schoolola's learning objectives, LMS requirements and brand guidelines.
5. Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics and educational explainer videos.
6. Produce educational animations for maths, English, public speaking and STEM programs.
7. Create engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube shorts and other digital platforms.
8. Assist with script editing, storyboarding and educational content development.
9. Use AI tools to improve creative workflows and production efficiency.
10. Collaborate with curriculum developers, teachers and marketing teams.
11. Organize project files and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

  3. 3. Experience in video production, content editing, content writing, and social media content creation.
  4. 4. Strong written English communication skills.
  5. 5. Effective communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  6. 6. Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Adobe Illustrator, storyboarding, character animation, AI content creation, AI video editing tools, and AI image generation tools is preferred.
