Video Editor, Multiple Teams

Video Editor (Short Form – TikTok/IG Reels)

Shadow Light Studios | Remote

Hey

We are hiring an A+ team at Shadow Light Studios, where we help major creators and brands like Machine Gun Kelly, Poppi, Apple, Snapchat, Golden Goose, and Johnny Chang go viral — not once, but over and over again.

We’re a small, elite team that thrives on speed, taste, and instinct — and we’re growing fast. That’s why we’re looking for an exceptional Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into algorithm gold.

What You’ll Do

• Edit fast-paced, thumb-stopping TikToks and Reels for major brands and creators

• Apply viral editing principles: strong hooks, meme integration, visual storytelling, retention tricks

• Work with our creative team on concepts, pacing, storytelling angles, and punchlines

• Adapt footage across platforms, repurpose content, and keep things fresh

• Push boundaries — with style, sound, timing, and ideas

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio that slaps — we want to see edits that made people stop scrolling

• Fluency in the language of TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Comfort working with raw footage and building from scratch

• Skills in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or similar — whatever makes you fast and deadly

• Speed, reliability, and a creative POV

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with creator-led brands or influencer content

Why You’ll Love It Here

• Work on 🔥 projects with brands everyone talks about

• Full creative freedom — we don’t micromanage, we collaborate

• Remote, async, and flexible — we care about output, not hours

• Be part of a team that’s obsessed with staying ahead of the curve

• Huge opportunity to grow into a lead or creative director role

Apply now with your portfolio, and show us what viral means to you.

We’re hiring immediately.

Let’s make things people can’t stop watching.
