About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Systematically research and monitor emerging trends, tools, techniques, and best practices in UX, UI, AI, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  2. Conduct in-depth research using AI tools to evaluate new methodologies, their applications, outcomes, and relevance across different contexts.
  3. Assess the applicability of new insights, tools, and techniques to [REDACTED]'s CRO projects and client requirements.
  4. Identify opportunities to implement and test new ideas across client websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  5. Execute experiments on live pages and monitor performance outcomes using real-world data.
  6. Document research findings, implementation approaches, results, learnings, and recommendations.
  7. Contribute insights and experiment outcomes to the [REDACTED] CRO playbook for future use across client engagements.
  8. Continuously improve and strengthen CRO processes through ongoing research, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
