Are you an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C recruitment ? Are you passionate about sourcing top IT talent and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment?

We're looking for a motivated and goal-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle —from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , including direct sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, compensation negotiation, and offer closure.

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, existing candidate relationships, and internet-based sourcing techniques .

  • Review and screen candidates based on job descriptions, technical skills, functional expertise, relevant experience, and communication skills.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through offer extension.
• Coordinate salary expectations, counteroffers, benefits, interview schedules, and offer negotiations .

• Conduct reference checks to verify candidate authenticity, employment details, and relevance to the position.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience

• 5 + years of experience in US IT Recruitment .

• Proven track record in client management and recruitment operations .

• Strong experience with W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models .

  • Hands-on experience with US IT job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment landscape.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
