The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Client Billing, Subcontractor Billing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, Quantity Reconciliation, and Cost Estimation. Candidates should be willing to travel across PAN India as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and verification of Client & Subcontractor RA Bills. Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements. BOQ preparation, quantity verification, and reconciliation. Preparation of measurement sheets and billing documents. Rate analysis and cost estimation for road works. Handling extra items, deviation statements, and variation claims. Coordination with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Client teams. Preparation of billing reports and MIS using MS Excel. Required Skills: 8 to 15 years of experience in Road & Highway Projects. Strong knowledge of Client Billing, Subcontractor Billing, and Quantity Surveying. Hands-on experience with Road Estimator, CalQuan, and MS Excel. AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
