UNIQLO Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) - Union Square (New Store Opening)

Join our grand opening team for our newest Union Square location!

Starting salary : $18.50/ hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard phrases.
  • Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
  • Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol
  • Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
  • Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
  • Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
  • Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements :
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Full-Time, hourly position: The Company provides:

Full-Time Availability Requirements:

  • Maintain open availability at least five (5) days per week, averaging 32 hours or more per week based on business seasonality.

  • Have no more than two (2) days off in the same Monday-Sunday workweek.

  • Limit scheduling restrictions to no more than three (3) days per week:

  • Only one (1) restriction permitted Friday-Sunday.

  • At least one (1) restriction must be time-based.

Part-Time, hourly position: The Company provides:

  • Commuter benefits accounts

  • 1.5 times the employee’s regular rate for all hours worked on stated holidays

  • 401K (with employer matching)

  • 30% Employee Merchandise Discount

Part-Time Availability Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 hours availability per week
