UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX DesignerPlease Note: Only Candidates with 2-3 years of experience should apply. This is a Delhi based position and work from office only!!Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, DelhiJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with experience in designing scalable SaaS and dashboard-based products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX thinking, complex workflow handling, design systems, and modern UI practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design intuitive, scalable, and responsive interfaces for web/dashboard applications2. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes3. Handle complex data-heavy workflows, tables, filters, navigation systems, and user journeys4. Build and maintain reusable components, variants, auto-layouts, and design systems in Figma5. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers for implementation feasibility and smooth handoff6. Improve usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and overall product experience7. Conduct UX analysis and iterate designs based on product/business requirements8. Ensure pixel-perfect consistency across screens and platforms Requirements:1. 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design2. Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, dashboard, or product design work3. Expertise in Figma, prototyping, component systems, variables, and responsive design4. Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, usability, spacing, typography, and interaction patterns5. Experience working with complex dashboards, enterprise workflows, or data-driven interfaces6. Good understanding of developer handoff, grids, responsiveness, and front-end constraints7. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design implementation workflows is a plus8.
