Travel Consultant (Remote) - Sabre GDS Experience Required

Job Summary

Amex GBT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Consultant with expertise in the Sabre GDS system to provide exceptional travel management services to our clients. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive travel solutions, assist clients with booking and itinerary management, and ensure a seamless travel experience. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a globally recognized leader in corporate travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel bookings for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

  • Utilize Sabre GDS to efficiently process travel reservations, changes, and cancellations.

  • Provide expert guidance on travel policies, visa requirements, and international travel regulations.

  • Resolve client inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency.

  • Maintain accurate travel records and ensure compliance with company and client travel policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate complex itineraries and travel solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, airline schedules, and travel technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of airline, hotel, and ground transportation booking processes.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience
