Internship Description:

We are looking for a content developer in "Total Quality Management (TQM)". The intern will work with a technical team which is responsible for creation of detailed tutorials, articles, and questions and answers for Sanfoundry.

Skills Required:
  • Intern should have adequate knowledge of importance of quality and its dimensions in striving for excellence.
  • Understand the conscious compromise between cost and quality.
  • Developing competency in the selection in various manufacturing and service functions.
  • Ability to develop competency in the use of appropriate quality tools in various manufacturing and service functions.
  • Able to integrate quality approaches for productivity improvement.
  • Require knowledge and skills for conducting quality audits.
  • Must be familiar with the various approaches of TQM.
  • Able to infer the customer perception of quality.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and perceptions to design feedback systems.
  • Capable of applying statistical tools for continuous improvement of systems.
  • Require adequate knowledge to apply the tools and technique for effective implementation of TQM.
  • Able to apply the tools and techniques of quality management to manufacturing and services processes.
