Job Summary

This role supports an international policy servicing team in a multinational environment focusing on accurate and timely processing of Property and Casualty insurance policy transactions. The position requires strong MS Office proficiency attention to detail and comfort working in a structured night shift schedule from the office ensuring high quality service for global stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end policy servicing activities to ensure timely issuance endorsement cancellation and renewal of insurance policies with high accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines
  • Coordinate daily with cross functional teams to clarify transaction inputs resolve data issues and maintain smooth flow of work items across the policy servicing lifecycle
  • Review source documents meticulously to validate coverage details limits dates and client information so that every policy record remains accurate and audit ready
  • Prepare and update structured policy logs and trackers using MS Office tools to provide transparent visibility into work status volumes and potential bottlenecks
  • Monitor quality metrics and processing turnaround times to identify process deviations recommend corrective actions and maintain service level commitments consistently
  • Create well structured reports and performance summaries using spreadsheets and presentations to support management reviews and continuous improvement discussions
  • Respond promptly to internal stakeholder queries by analyzing policy data clarifying requested changes and documenting resolutions in a clear and traceable manner
  • Collaborate closely with quality and training teams to share recurring error patterns and support design of job aids that help enhance overall team performance
  • Validate premium calculations and rating inputs using predefined templates to reduce financial discrepancies and safeguard organizational revenue recognition
  • Document standard procedures for frequently repeated transactions so that new team members can follow consistent steps and reduce onboarding time
  • Adapt proactively to changes in process instructions systems and compliance requirements by updating personal reference material and seeking clarifications when needed
  • Maintain disciplined adherence to night shift schedules and work from office requirements to align with global client timelines and ensure dependable service coverage

  • Qualifications

  • Apply knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance concepts such as coverage types endorsements and renewal rules to interpret requests and process policy changes effectively
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills to validate transaction accuracy identify data inconsistencies and support error free policy updates
  • Communicate clearly in spoken and written form with global stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of requirements timelines and constraints
