RESEARCH ASSOCIATE POSITION AVAILABLE AT MICROBIAL ENGINEERING GROUP One Research Associate (RA) Position is available in the Microbial Engineering group, in the lab of Dr. Shams Yazdani, in a DBT-funded project. The position is available initially for one year, with the possibility of annual extensions based on fund availability, performance, and achievement of milestones. Please note that this is a temporary project position whose duration is only for the tenure of the sanctioned project. The salary will be as per DST norms, based on qualification and experience. Position- Research Associate (Fungal Genome Engineering) Job description: Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology or other related field with experience in enzymology/molecular biology techniques. Experience in genome editing and genome engineering in fungi or other eukaryotes, and in enzyme kinetics, will be preferred.
