About the internship:

As a Telugu & Tamil telecalling intern at ChatSpark, you will have the opportunity to showcase your language proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, English, and Hindi while engaging with customers through phone conversations. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and promoting our products and services in a professional manner.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
2. Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to customers in multiple languages
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
5. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and sales techniques
