Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and qualified BAMS, BUMS, or BHMS Doctors to join our teleconsultation team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will provide telephonic/video consultations, understand patients' health concerns, recommend appropriate treatment plans within their scope of practice, and ensure high-quality patient care. Experience in teleconsultation or OPD is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients.
  • Assess patient symptoms and medical history.
  • Provide consultation and treatment recommendations as per clinical guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Explain medications, diet, and lifestyle modifications to patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR/CRM system.
  • Follow up with patients to monitor treatment progress.
  • Coordinate with the clinic and operations team for seamless patient care.
  • Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and professional communication.
Eligibility
  • Qualification: BAMS / BUMS / BHMS (Mandatory)
  • Valid registration with the respective State/National Council.
  • Experience: 1–5 years (Teleconsultation/Clinical/OPD experience preferred).
  • Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of EMR/CRM and computer applications.
