We are seeking a Telecom Domain Subject Matter Expert to bridge the gap between complex telecommunications infrastructure and advanced data-driven solutions. In this role, you will act as the primary technical authority, guiding the integration of AI and analytics into core sales and operational workflows. Your mission is to translate intricate domain challenges into scalable technical strategies that drive measurable business efficiency. Key Deliverables Architect data-driven strategies that optimize telecom sales cycles and operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement AI-based solutions for network and service analytics. Translate complex telecommunications business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams. Analyze large-scale operational datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process automation. Lead the alignment of technical product roadmaps with evolving industry standards and market demands. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on leveraging predictive analytics to improve customer acquisition and retention. Essential Requirements Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience within the telecommunications industry. Deep functional expertise in telecom operations, including network lifecycle management and sales support systems. Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic business insights. Strong understanding of AI and analytics applications within a large-scale enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern business intelligence tools.
