Job Title : Senior Project Manager (Telecom / IT Services)


Role Purpose :


We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale, complex telecom/IT projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and delivery timelines.


Key Responsibilities :


- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals

- Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones

- Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget

- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms

- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

- Lead cross-functional and multi-vendor teams to deliver complex solutions

- Drive stakeholder and customer engagement, ensuring expectations are managed effectively

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement practices

- Manage change control processes across scope, schedule, and cost

- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities where required

- Ensure smooth transition to operations, including documentation and knowledge transfer


Key Skills & Competencies :


- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall)

- Proven ability to manage large, complex telecom or IT infrastructure projects

- Experience in customer lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement

- Knowledge of service integration / SIAM / managed services environments

- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to drive outcomes in cross-functional and global environments


Preferred Experience :


- Experience in Telecom / IT Services / Managed Services environment

- Exposure to technologies such as Network, SD-WAN, MPLS, Unified Communications, Cloud

- Experience working with multi-vendor delivery and integration projects


Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Management / Related field

- Certifications preferred :

1. PMP (Project Management Professional)

2. Agile / Scrum certifications (PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.)

3. ITIL / SIAM certifications (preferred)


Experience


- 10-18+ years of experience in project/program management

- Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery in complex environments
