## About the Role As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert at Accenture, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bringing depth of expertise to engagements. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your role involves bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Using deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. ## What You'll Do - Lead innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate engagement quality. - Collaborate actively with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. - Foster trusted advisor relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, and ensure delivery outcomes reflect best practices and forward-thinking methodologies. - Manage and mentor team members, responsible for team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Lead process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality. ## Skills and Experience Must have proficiency in SAP Success.
