JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM LEADER (SALES) Company: Mansion Realtors Position: Team Leader – Sales Location: Pune Department: Sales Experience: 2–5 Years in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling Job Purpose To lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets, generate quality leads, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into successful bookings while maintaining discipline and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Managers. Set daily and weekly targets and ensure timely achievement. Monitor team calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and site visits. Ensure each team member generates 5+ qualified prospects daily . Ensure the team achieves a minimum of 6 site visits per week per salesperson . Track lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions. Conduct daily team briefings and regular performance reviews. Guide team members on customer handling, negotiations, and closing techniques. Personally assist the team in important customer meetings and negotiations. Monitor CRM updates and ensure 100% CRM discipline . Review Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and weekly performance reports. Identify underperforming employees and take corrective action with HR/management. Motivate the team and maintain a competitive, disciplined, and positive work environment. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Management for smooth lead conversion. Ensure proper follow-up of all active and potential customers. Achieve and exceed the team's monthly sales and booking targets.
