What You'll Do:

As an SME / Language Lead, you'll play a key role in leading a team responsible for creating accurate, contextually relevant, and ethically aligned AI data. You'll work closely with project stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of annotators and content specialists
  • Act as the bridge between the scholars' team and project stakeholders
  • Calibrate annotation and use-case guidelines to ensure consistent quality
  • Collaborate with project and training teams to translate client requirements into actionable workflows
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and quality checks
  • Generate insights from project guidelines to help teams succeed in PoCs and ongoing delivery
  • Manage operational activities including attendance, payroll verification, compliance, risk management, incident reporting, and quality management
  • Ensure all deliverables meet accuracy, contextual relevance, and ethical AI standards
What We're Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of experience leading teams in AI annotation, content generation, content moderation, or similar projects
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts, language quality, and annotation workflows
  • Excellent communication, analytical, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with annotation platforms and content management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Language Requirements: šŸ”¹ Native-level English proficiency (C1 or above)
