This role involves process automation, data-driven reporting, and the seamless integration of Emiratization efforts. Additionally, the role oversees the onboarding of hosted employees, ensures adherence to CRISP audit requirements, and manages the approval process for recruitment approval forms. A continuous improvement mindset is applied to refine and enhance recruitment and onboarding effectiveness. The role also involves strong stakeholder management with hosted employees to ensure their seamless integration and support.YOUR TASKSLead all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing to offer management and visa processing,onboarding Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Actively source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process, including background checks.Manage the end-to-end onboarding phase for hosted employees, starting from the offer stage onwards.Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met for hosted employees.Act as a key point of contact for hosted employees, providing guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey.Address any challenges or concerns faced by hosted employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.Identify opportunities for automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recruitment and onboarding workflows. Implement process enhancements to streamline hiring, onboarding and compliance procedures. Leverage HR technology to optimize tracking, reporting, and employee engagement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the recruitment and onboarding processes remain agile and effective. Generate and analyze recruitment and onboarding reports to provide insights and drive data backed decisionmakingPresent key metrics and trends to senior management to enhance workforce planning and process improvements. Monitor KPIs to ensure recruitment efficiency and adherence to company objectives. Identify trends and areas of improvement through data analysis to refine recruitment strategies. Refresh and update the annual recruitment report and forms to reflect key trends, improvements, and performance insights.Oversee the recruitment approval process, ensuring timely and accurate approvals.Coordinate with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth approval workflows.Maintain accurate records of approvals for reporting and audit purposesDrive Emiratization initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a culture of inclusion. Ensure compliance with all recruitment and onboarding policies, aligning with CRISP audit requirements. Prepare and manage biannual CRISP audits, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Maintain documentation and process adherence to uphold quality and compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and audit readiness. Work closely with HR, business leaders, and external partners to align recruitment and onboarding with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices and market trends. Foster strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding and candidate experience. Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders to refine recruitment and onboarding processes. Manage relationships with hosted employees, ensuring their smooth integration, engagement, and support.YOUR PROFILEEducation: Bachelor's degree in Management or Human Resources A minimum of 4 years in the HR function with at least 3 years in recruitment, onboarding, and HR process optimization.Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR process optimization.Excellent command of English languageExcellent computer skills (MS Word & Excel)Strong understanding of automation tools and HR technology.Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and insights generation.Knowledge of Emiratization policies and regulatory requirements.Experience with audit processes, compliance standards, and documentation management.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
