About the internship
CatalystBox is inviting undergraduate and postgraduate students to gain practical experience in ethical research and higher-education feedback. This supervised internship combines weekly learning activities, reflective writing and permission-based invitations that help eligible stakeholders share feedback privately.

What you'll do
- Learn research ethics, informed consent and privacy-conscious communication.
- Invite eligible higher-education stakeholders to participate voluntarily in feedback.
- Complete six learning logs and six attended or catch-up learning sessions.
- Prepare a final research report or presentation.
- Participate in orientation and regular guidance sessions.
Who can apply
- Undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline or year.
- Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi or a regional language.
- A smartphone, internet access and 2–3 hours available each week.
- No minimum CGPA, prior experience or large social-media following is required.
What you'll receive
- Orientation, practical resources and supervised learning.
- A portfolio of learning logs and a final research project.
- A completion certificate after meeting the programme's learning and participation requirements.
- Selective recommendations based on reviewed work.

- There are no sales, institutional onboarding, follower or recruitment targets. Completion does not depend on feedback volume or favourable ratings. Participation is voluntary, and you may leave without penalties.
Start date and selection
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Your eight-week period begins once onboarding and orientation are confirmed. Selection involves an application review and a short fictional scenario.
