We are looking for motivated Student Lead Generation Executives / International Student Outreach Executives who can identify potential international student clients, initiate conversations, generate genuine inquiries and help grow our client base.

Job Summary

As a Student Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for finding and connecting with potential international student clients who may require academic writing, SOP writing, content writing and related services.

This role is highly target-oriented and performance-driven, making it suitable for candidates who are confident in communication, social media outreach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential international students through social media, student communities, online groups and other legitimate channels.
  • Generate qualified student leads and inquiries.
  • Reach out to prospective students professionally through approved communication channels.
  • Understand the student's requirement and collect relevant project details.
  • Explain Zentavra Co.'s services, process and pricing accurately.
  • Follow up with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead information in the company's CRM/Google Sheet.
  • Categorize leads as new, contacted, interested, qualified or converted.
  • Coordinate qualified leads with the sales/client-handling team.
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects.
  • Meet daily and weekly lead-generation targets.
  • Build relationships with student communities, representatives and referral partners.
  • Report daily outreach, responses, qualified leads and conversions.
  • Follow company policies regarding student privacy and responsible handling of contact information.
