Job Responsibilities

  • Research market trends, colours, fabrics, technologies and sportswear developments to create seasonal collections.
  • Develop designs from concept, sketches and moodboards to prototypes, samples and final products.
  • Prepare technical packs, detailed drawings, measurements and product information for production.
  • Work closely with the Design Lead, production team and other stakeholders to ensure design quality, fit and production feasibility.
  • Attend fittings, review samples, provide technical feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
  • Develop and present creative design concepts, collections and presentations to internal teams.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product development and support additional design projects when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Sportswear Design or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office; knowledge of CLO 3D or Browzwear is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of apparel construction, pattern making, textiles and technical garment development.
  • Creative, detail-oriented and organised, with strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
