Software Engineer (Full Stack AI/ML) - Global AI-Native Tech Talent Venture - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

As a Software Engineer Intern (Full Stack AI/ML), you will work closely with the technology and product teams to build end-to-end AI-powered products across Talent Intelligence, Talent Cloud, and Intelligence-as-a-Service.

You will work across the technology stack, from frontend experiences and backend APIs to databases, search infrastructure, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, and intelligent decision systems. This is a hands-on engineering role for candidates who want to understand how real AI-native products are built, integrated, and deployed.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build intuitive and high-quality frontend experiences using modern frontend technologies.
2. Develop backend APIs, business logic, services, and integrations that power AI products.
3. Work with relational databases, structured data, and search infrastructure to support product workflows.
4. Integrate internal services, third-party APIs, AI/LLM services, and external data sources.
5. Take features from ideation and architecture through development, AI integration, testing, and deployment.
6. Contribute to application performance, reliability, and scalability.
7. Build LLM-powered features for information extraction, classification, summarization, reasoning, matching, and structured outputs.
8. Work with embeddings, vector search, and RAG to build intelligent search and knowledge systems.
9. Convert unstructured information such as resumes, documents, and profiles into structured, machine-readable data.
10. Develop agentic AI workflows where specialized AI agents perform different tasks and validation or critic agents evaluate results.
11. Collaborate with technology and product teams to debug issues, improve systems, and build new AI-powered features.
12. Learn and work with technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, vector databases, LLMs, NLP, and AI agents as required by the project.

You do not need to know all the technologies listed above. Strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to learn are more important.

  • Stipend Structure:
    Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 10,001 /month
    Incentive pay: ₹ 10,000 - 20,000 /month

    On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 360000/year
