About Us:

We are a growing publishing company based in Rae Bareli, handling the complete journey of a book — from writing and design to printing and marketing. We're expanding our content and marketing team and hiring for three roles: Social Media Manager, Content Writer, and Video Editor. Candidates may apply for one specific role or indicate interest in multiple roles based on their skillset.

About the Roles:

1. Social Media Manager
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Coordinate with writers and editors for post creation
  • Run and manage promotional campaigns for book launches
  • Track engagement, growth, and campaign performance
  • Coordinate with the ads team on paid promotion strategy
2. Content Writer
  • Write and edit book content/manuscripts (Hindi and/or English)
  • Create captions, scripts, and copy for social media and ad campaigns
  • Research topics and structure content for readability and impact
  • Proofread and edit for grammar, tone, and consistency
3. Video Editor
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for book promotions and campaigns
  • Add captions, transitions, effects, and music matching brand style
  • Work with the content team on video ideas and storyboards
  • Manage a content pipeline for timely posting
Who Can Apply:
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio or relevant coursework are welcome
  • 1-2 years' experience preferred (not mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Basic knowledge of Canva; video editors should know CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh
