About us
Reya ("Rare You") is a D2C silver jewellery brand based in Whitefield, Bengaluru. We make modern, wearable silver pieces for people who like their style to feel personal. Instagram is our main storefront, and we're looking for someone to help it look and feel great every day.

The role
You'll plan, shoot, edit and publish daily content for Reya's Instagram, including static creatives, carousels, reels and stories. You'll work directly with the founders and see how your content affects reach, engagement and sales.

What you'll do

  • Create and publish one post or reel every day, following a weekly content calendar
  • Shoot and edit short-form videos (product showcases, styling reels, behind-the-scenes, trending formats)
  • Design static creatives, carousels and story templates in Canva or similar tools
  • Write captions, hooks and hashtags that fit the Reya voice
  • Keep up with trending audio and formats, and suggest ideas that suit the brand
  • Reply to comments and DMs, and flag customer queries to the team
  • Track weekly performance (reach, saves, shares, follower growth) and share what's working

What we're looking for

  • Active Instagram user with a good eye for aesthetics, fashion or lifestyle content
  • Hands-on with mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush or similar) and Canva
  • Basic photography and lighting skills; jewellery or macro shooting experience is a plus
  • Good written English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus
  • Reliable and self-driven, able to deliver consistently every day
  • A portfolio or personal Instagram page with sample work (required)

Nice to have

  • Experience with a brand, college club or personal page that grew organically
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights and hashtag or SEO strategy
  • Interest in fashion, jewellery or D2C brands

Details

  • Duration: 3 months, with a possible extension or full-time offer based on performance
  • Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (in-office or hybrid; shoots are on-site)
  • Perks: Certificate, letter of recommendation, creative freedom, and a portfolio of published work
  • Hours: Full-time, about 9 to 6, Monday to Saturday (adjust as needed)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
