May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support.</p><p></p><p>This position reports to the Sr. Manager Service Operations and is part of the Global Service Organization <span>located in <b>Bangalore</b></span><b> </b><span>and will </span><span>be an on-site role.</span>  At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Invoicing process for customer POs, including order creation in Oracle, order entry, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, billing/rebilling, invoicing, and follow-up on past dues.</li><li>Perform reconciliation of parts orders, including inventory transfers, sub-inventory movements, and stock transfers across regions.</li><li>Participate in service delivery meetings, share KPIs, and take corrective actions based on feedback. Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams and projects as required. Ensure accurate allocation of Work Orders to the correct cost centers.</li><li>Set transfer pricing (TP) for spares in the INS warehouse. Track spares shipments from the warehouse to Field Engineers (FEs).</li><li>Manage tools expense allocation to the appropriate cost centers. Create and manage Credit Note workflows (CN WF). Maintain and manage credit note order line types and related workflows. Process credit notes orders and perform reconciliation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li>Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from the recognized institute  (Technical  degree/Diploma is plus).</li><li>Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Prior customer service or operations experience.</li><li>Experience using customer database and generating reports.
