<p>We are looking for a highly skilled <strong>Senior Workday HRIS Analyst</strong> with strong functional and configuration experience across multiple Workday modules. This role will partner closely with global HR, HR Operations, HR Centers of Excellence, and <strong>HRIS </strong>teams to design, configure, test, and support scalable Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on Workday expertise, strong analytical skills, and a consultative mindset. This role requires someone who can translate business needs into sustainable configuration solutions while challenging legacy processes and driving best-practice, globally aligned outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst, you will:</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Partner with H<strong>R COEs, HR Operations, Payroll, Learning, Talent</strong>, and Total Rewards teams to gather and document business requirements.</li><li>Translate business needs into functional designs and <strong>Workday configuration</strong> strategies.</li><li>Configure and maintain Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, notifications, and related functionality.</li><li>Support enhancements, optimization initiatives, regulatory updates, and Workday bi-annual releases.</li><li>Evaluate current-state processes and recommend scalable future-state solutions aligned with Workday best practices.</li><li>Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT.</li><li>Partner with integration and payroll teams to support end-to-end testing across impacted workflows.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex issues, provide root cause analysis, and support production validation and hypercare.</li><li>Collaborate with global HRIS team members, integration developers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive design and consistent user experience.</li><li>Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement within HR technology and operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5–8+ years of HRIS experience with strong hands-on Workday configuration expertise.</li><li>Experience across multiple Workday modules, including:</li><li><strong>HCM Core</strong></li><li>Compensation</li><li>Talent</li><li>Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into Workday configuration.</li><li>Proven ability to design and configure complex business processes.</li><li>Strong testing discipline across unit, regression, and UAT cycles.</li><li>Experience supporting Workday bi-annual releases.</li><li>Ability to assess current-state processes and recommend scalable, future-state solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience working in global environments with U.S. and international stakeholders.</li><li>Additional Workday experience across:</li><li>Global Payroll</li><li>Time & Absence</li><li>Recruiting</li><li>Learning</li><li>Working knowledge of HR practices and regulatory considerations in India, Canada, the UK, Malta, Australia, and New Zealand.</li><li>Experience in matrixed enterprise environments.</li><li>Experience supporting HR transformation, process redesign, or Workday optimization initiatives.</li><li>Workday certifications in one or more functional areas.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This role is based in India and requires regular overlap with U.S. Eastern Time, including availability through approximately 12:00 PM EST.
