eero is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive integration and implementation of technical solutions and cloud architecture for the management of our mesh WiFi analytics platform. This role combines deep cloud expertise with networking knowledge to design and implement scalable solutions for our customers and B2B partners. You'll work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, and wifi to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our growing list of partners.

Key job responsibilities

Design and architect cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS services to support eero's cloud-based management platform

Lead technical discussions with customers and partners, presenting complex architectural solutions based on our REST APIs and data as a service delivery systems

Develop integration solutions between eero's platform and customer systems using modern APIs and cloud services

Create and execute proof-of-concept implementations for customer integration solutions

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence our technical roadmap

Provide technical guidance on eero’s cloud architecture

Build automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, and analytics

Build and maintain a centralized repository to maintain eero’s APIs and scripts built to solve customer problems

Internal job description

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

  • 5 years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS

  • Experience programming in Java, C , Python or related language

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with end user or developer communities

  • Knowledge of core internet technologies, including DHCP, DNS, mail transport, TCP/IP, and network file systems

  • Experience with distributed systems at scale

  • Experience taking a leading role in building complex software or computing infrastructure that has been successfully delivered to customers
