Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Industries & Government Sectors to drive business growth across industrial and government projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and building strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, and government organizations. Candidates with extensive experience in LT/HT Panels, BBT, and EPC project sales along with strong leadership and negotiation skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Industrial and Government sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Build long-term relationships with consultants, EPCs and government agencies.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in Industrial/Electrical project sales.
  • Strong knowledge of LT/HT Panels, BBT and EPC projects.
