<p>The Indian School of Public Policy is seeking a Senior Research Assistant in New Delhi. This full-time, in-office role involves advancing public health research, policy analysis, and project management, working closely with the Centre Director. Working closely with the Centre Director, you will contribute to high-impact projects and help shape national health programmes.<br><br>Join our team as a Senior Research Officer if you are passionate about driving impactful research in public health and policy and contribute to shaping the future of health systems in India.<br><br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br>● Assist the Centre Director in technical writing and reviews for various projects<br><br>● Contribute to the preparation and presentation of the Annual Report<br><br>● Conduct research in health systems, public health management, health financing, and national health programmes<br><br>● Engage in donor meetings, project presentations, conferences, and media interactions<br><br>Qualification and Experience<br><br>● Post graduate degree in public health, community medicine, economics, public administration or an MD in Community Medicine, with a minimum of 3 years experience of research in health systems/public health management/health financing/ national health programmes<br><br>● Alternatively, a postgraduate degree in public policy with 3+ years of experience in health systems<br><br>● Strong analytical and writing skills<br><br>● Excellent communication and presentation abilities<br><br>● The candidate must be an Indian national<br><br>Terms of Appointment<br><br>● The appointment will be on basis of renewable annual contracts<br><br>● Probation period of 6 months will be applicable.<br><br>COMPENSATION<br><br>ISPP recognises that the right candidate will significantly impact the organization's success and is prepared to offer an attractive compensation package commensurate with experience.<br><br>TO APPLY<br><br>Interested candidates should submit their resumes, cover letters outlining their experience and fit for the role, and any relevant supporting documents to <a href="mailto:careers@ispp.org.in">careers@ispp.org.in</a> with the subject line “Senior Research Officer”.
