In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our software applications meet the highest bars of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will balance hands-on technical testing with quality management strategies to deliver lifesaving technologies securely to users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manual & Automated Testing
  • End-to-End Testing: Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across our entire ecosystem, including Mobile (iOS & Android) , Web , and Desktop applications.
  • Framework Development: Build, maintain, and scale robust automation test scripts and frameworks to minimize manual regression effort and speed up our deployment cycles.
  • Defect Life Cycle: Identify, document, isolate, and track software defects thoroughly. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure prompt resolution and re-testing.
  1. Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Traceability & Audits: Create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test summaries, and requirement traceability matrices (RTM).
  • Process Standardization: Define, implement, and continuously improve QA workflows, ensuring software releases strictly align with company quality objectives and industry compliance standard frameworks.
  1. Tooling & Collaboration
  • Agile Management: Manage sprint testing workflows, bug tracking, and release tracking inside Jira .
  • Documentation: Champion clean documentation practices by creating and updating detailed test plans, knowledge bases, and user-acceptance guidelines inside Confluence .
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Product Managers, Frontend/Backend Developers, and Hardware/Embedded Systems teams to align on product requirements and test coverage.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven professional experience specifically working within a QA & compliance domain.
  • Platform Mastery: Demonstrated experience testing applications across diverse platforms: Mobile apps , Web applications , and Desktop software .
  • Hybrid Testing Strategy: Balanced and deep expertise in both Manual and Automation testing (experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar automation test suites is highly preferred).
  • Tool Competency: Robust, hands-on experience using Jira for agile sprint management and Confluence for document/process management.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to think outside the box to uncover hidden edge-case bugs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write concise technical defect reports and interface effectively with technical stakeholders.
