IT Audits and Access Management

Consultation & Auditing/Operational Support Workflows

Key Responsibilities
Provide Operational support to Google’s new access provisioning requirements
Provide Consultation support to various product areas (domains/verticals)
Able to independently work to troubleshoot access issues for end users
Conduct comprehensive IT audits of vendor operations within Google's infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, assess, and report on IT risks associated with vendor access and operations within Google's environment.
Stay updated on the latest IT audit trends , security vulnerabilities, and Google's evolving infrastructure and security landscape.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies.
Skill Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
Able to work independently and flexible with shift timings
Use of tools such as Google spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfaces
Knowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantage
Should be a team player and work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers
Experience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology environment (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, other hyperscale clouds).
Familiarity with Google's internal tools, systems, and security protocols, specifically related to vendor access and infrastructure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Other Requirements

Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service/Access Management Environment
2+ years of experience in IT audit, information security, or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or vendor assessments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
