Job Title: Senior Mobile & Full Stack Developer Company: Atal Web Solution Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full Time | Work From Office Experience: 3+ Years Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month About the Role: Atal Web Solution is expanding its services from Digital Marketing & SEO into Mobile App Development and Software Development. We are looking for a Senior Mobile & Full Stack Developer who can independently handle application development, backend development, APIs, databases, integrations, debugging and production deployment. The candidate will work closely with our existing development team and will be responsible for solving complex technical problems and taking ownership of assigned projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Android/iOS mobile applications and software products. • Work on frontend, backend, REST APIs, databases and third-party integrations. • Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs. • Work with technologies such as Flutter / React Native / React.js / Next.js / Node.js / Express.js / TypeScript and MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL. • Integrate Firebase, Google Sign-In, authentication, push notifications, analytics, payment gateways and other third-party APIs/SDKs. • Handle APK/AAB builds, application signing, Play Store deployment, updates and production releases. • Identify and independently resolve complex technical issues, bugs, crashes, API issues, authentication issues and production problems. • Design proper application architecture, database structure, security and performance solutions. • Perform testing, debugging, code reviews and performance optimization. • Maintain existing applications and develop new applications and software products. • Guide and support junior developers and review their technical work. • Take ownership of projects from development to testing, deployment and production support. Requirements: • 3+ years of professional experience in software/mobile/full-stack development. • Strong practical knowledge of backend development and REST API development. • Good understanding of databases and application architecture. • Experience with mobile application development using Flutter, React Native or Native Android/iOS will be preferred. • Good knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab and development workflows. • Experience with Firebase and third-party API/SDK integrations. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Ability to independently research and solve technical problems. • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Important: This is a senior-level role. We are looking for a developer who can work independently, take ownership of projects and solve technical problems without requiring constant technical supervision. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete development cycle and should have the ability to guide junior developers when required. Candidates with strong practical experience in Mobile App Development + Backend Development + API + Database + Production Deployment will be preferred.
