Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic, high-caliber Senior Manager HRBP & Recruitment to lead our people strategy. In this dual-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team while aggressively driving the talent acquisition engine to support our rapid growth. You will balance long-term organizational design with the immediate, hands-on need to attract, hire, and retain top-tier tech, operations, and sports management talent. Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (New Component) - Strategic Sourcing & Hiring: Design and execute scaling recruitment strategies to attract niche talent across technology, product development, sports operations, and business growth teams. - Leadership Hiring: Personally spearhead executive and leadership-level searches to build a resilient management tier. - Employer Branding: Position Khelo Tech as an employer of choice within the sports-tech industry, leveraging digital channels, campus partnerships, and industry networks. - Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and HR tech tools, optimizing cost-per-hire and time-to-hire metrics. - Onboarding Experience: Standardize and elevate the candidate experience from the initial interview through to a high-impact onboarding and induction process. 2. Strategic HR Partnership - Executive Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to deeply understand business goals and translate them into actionable, forward-looking HR strategies. - Workforce Planning & Org Design: Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring efforts to ensure the team is lean, agile, and built to scale. - Trusted Advisory: Provide expert counsel to business heads on complex people matters, leadership coaching, and team dynamics. 3. Talent Management, Culture & Engagement - Performance & Succession: Lead the annual performance management cycle, design robust succession plans for critical roles, and implement leadership development frameworks. - Sports-Centric Culture: Foster an inclusive, high-performance, and innovative culture that mirrors the competitive and collaborative spirit of sports. - Engagement Insights: Design and drive employee feedback surveys, analyze cultural health, and implement swift action plans to maximize retention and morale. 4. HR Operations, Compliance & Data - Compliance Framework: Ensure all HR processes, policies, and employment contracts strictly comply with Indian labor laws and local regulatory frameworks. - Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics (turnover rates, time-to-hire, performance distributions) to provide leadership with predictable data for decision-making. - Employee Relations: Serve as the final escalation point for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, maintaining strict confidentiality. 5. Change Management - Transformational Leadership: Create change management frameworks to guide teams through rapid business scaling, technological pivots, or restructuring with zero disruption to core deliverables. What We Expect of YouBasic Qualifications: - Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, MBA, or an equivalent advanced degree. - Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience. - Industry Exposure: Prior experience managing both recruitment and HRBP functions in a fast-growing start-up, technology platform, or sports/event management enterprise is highly preferred.
